PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

It is our vision to manage a portfolio of 250,000 SF of retail and office space by 2025. We will fulfill our vision by earning and retaining the trust of our customers, continuously aligning our interests with those of our customers, and by building a work culture that our employees, vendors, and business associates will be proud of.

Our Property Management practice focuses on neighborhood shopping centers and single storied professional office buildings. All the shopping centers and office buildings we developed are managed by us. Hence, we have a thorough understanding of the challenges of property management for such assets. We provide a comprehensive range of property management services both onsite and offsite (administrative and reporting).

Our onsite services include landscape maintenance, fire sprinkler testing, fire alarm monitoring, annual backflow testing, pest control, exterior cleaning including gutters and curb inlets, common area lighting, and repairs (plumbing, landscape sprinklers, pavement, and fire protection system).

Responsive Staff

Managing tenant/owner complaints is one of the biggest challenges in property management. Being an established property developer and General Contractor, we have an in-house engineering staff to manage the properties and attend to repair requests. We respond to, and act upon tenant complaints or repair requests within a few hours.

Extensive Vendor Network

We have a large network of trusted, competent, affordable, and reliable tradesmen, contractors, vendors, and suppliers. We keep our contractors busy and pay them on time every time. So, they love working with us.

Proactive Management

Our staff inspect the properties regularly. Many times, we will identify problems even before tenants notice or complain. Landscape appearance and pavement cleanliness are major trouble spots. Periodic inspections help our staff identify and address the problems before they become noticeable.
